From my experience so far, what that means is that sometimes the tracking doesn't update as quickly as other shipping with tracking options would. Also, I have seen occasionally that sometimes the item is marked as delivered right before it is actually delivered. I understand how frustrating these things can be. Please keep in mind that despite all of that, this is a way for me to be able to offer you an affordable shipping option and for you to still get some kind of tracking service with your shipping.
