The one strap that holds the collar on is broke but could be fixed. PLEASE SEE PICTURE. There are belt loops but does not come with a belt. The measurement from pit to pit is 22 inches. The length from shoulder to bottom is 26.5 inches. Shipping: If you purchase more than one item, I will combine shipping but you must wait for a combined invoice. Please just let me know with a message, if one of the items does not end for a few days so that I can send you one invoice.
