Description: This vintage Taxco Mexico perfume bottle is an exquisite piece of art nouveau style sterling silver (.925) composition. The bottle is overlaid and includes a beautiful rose and leaf pattern reminiscent of Rennie Mackintosh. It is signed Sterling and Mexico. There is an additional mark that looks a bit like a shield. It has a tiny rubber stopper under the cap. I have not attempted to remove it. It was my mom's - she collected perfume bottles. It stands at a height of 2 inches tall and about .5 inches wide. It would be perfect for any collector of antiques, silver, perfume bottles or decanters. The bottle's age is unknown, adding to its mysterious charm. This unique piece will make a great addition to any collection and is a must-have for anyone who appreciates vintage art nouveau style silverware.
