Description: The dial moves as seen in photos of number change but I didn't let it go through a full cycle to watch the first 3 digits move. Just the last minute and seconds dials I witnessed move on their own. Also there is supposed to be a metal plate on the front. You can see old glue residue on the front and on the top.of the unit. Selling as parts just incase it doesn't really meet used standards because I can't be certain the effectiveness of the working condition.
