Description: Vintage Royal Typewriter Quiet Deluxe Portable. No Ribbon With A Green Tweed Case. Clean, although I never touched it. It is as found in the attic of an estate auction. The ribbon was fragile and fell apart. The patent number 2211967 is dated Aug, 20, 1940 so the machine is certainly pre WWII. My 75 year old eyes could not read the serial number.
