I think there are a couple yellow chips missing but there’s still a big stack of them so it shouldn’t prevent any game play. Some wear to outer box but no tears or splits, albeit some writing. I didn’t count them individually but the rest of the chips seem complete/near complete - the stacks seem full in their rack holders. See pics. Measures about 4” high with about a 8” diameter. Rack handle and spinning/dispenser functionality all seem to work fine. Nothing broken based on a quick inspection. Also comes with 2 full/complete decks of cards.
