Description: Vintage Plaster Chalkware Bust Girl Reading Book Figurine #1431 Heavy 10" Tall.This is a mid-20th century bust of a girl reading with her pile of "to be read" books. She is aged appropriately with some scuffs on edges and a place in her hair that looks to be repaired. There is some crazing on the finish on her arms. She has a felt bottom to avoid scratching furniture. Though she is dinged up a bit, she makes a great statement about life with books. She is approximately 10 inches tall, 7 inches wide and weighs over 6 lbs. This is a great piece for a book lover. Please see my pictures.
