As you can see it is not perfect, I tried taking pictures to capture flaws. The vise does open and close and also does swivel on the base though the pin is stuck so it currently can not be locked in place. Please see all pictures of jaws. Will ship ground at calculated shipping rate. If I pack it up and can ship for less than you paid I will refund you the difference in the shipping.
