This 1929 King Silver Tone Liberty Trumpet with gold leaf is in amazing condition given its age. For starters the silver plating is original and has only one small defect, good luck finding it. The solid sterling silver bell section has its original gold leaf and the bell interior has its original gold wash. The body of the Trumpet is in great shape and has a few scratches but none that would show up in the pictures. All slides operate smoothly. The valves are super fast (like new) with no apparent loss of air pressure. The vales have been resurfaced. No small dings or dents that we can see. This version of the King “Silver Tone” Liberty Trumpet also has the back facing second valve slide. All slides are stamped with the appropriately matched serial numbers. The silver plating is original and 99% perfect.The gold leaf on the engraving is original and 98% perfect.The gold wash inside the bell is original and 95% perfect.There are no dents or small dings.The valves are superfast (like new) with no apparent loss of air pressure.The vales have been resurfaced.All slides are stamped with the appropriately matched serial numbers.The trumpet has been cleaned and fully serviced.The trumpet comes with original HN White made vintage case.Comes with lyre and cleaning rod.Comes with rare Parduba New York No. 1 Gold Plated mouthpiece.
