Description: Vintage HERMES Carre 90 Scarf Chateaux D'Arriere Silk TEAL GREEN 1970's ABADIE Luxurious, quality silk scarf by Hermes, Paris and designed/signed by the artist, 'Julia Abadie'. The color combo is fantastic - TEAL green, mixed with olive/gold tone shades, absolutely EYE POPPIN'. I believe this dates from1974 when this design was first introduced and re-issued again in 1994 and 2012 (smaller size). Condition is very good - slight markings from folding/storage I believe, plus a couple of small marks (likely will come out with cleaning) but no holes etc. noted, reverse hand rolled hem, 100% silk tag. It measures approx 35" and has a nice feel/weight to it. No original box. A real piece of art! Photos may be more inclined to look blue - sorry I could just not get the lighting right - this scarf is definitely TEAL color.
