Frederick Cooper established in 1923 was a high-end lamp manufacturer based in Chicago, IL that closed after the financial crisis (2008-2009). Frederick Cooper also collaborated with Tyndale Lamp of Chicago to manufacture unique lamps including candelabra style table lamps. This lamp is an example of this collaboration where Tyndale crafted the torso portion and Frederick Cooper completed the lamp including a Frederick Cooper shade.This New Orleans Mardi Gras themed lamp is a candelabra bulb fixture. Its primary color is black, including the black shade (multicolored cord ribbon accent), with a multicolor female torso in a Mardi Gras beaded skirt. The torso can be manually rotated 360 degrees, and the hanging beaded skirt will shake.
