Lamp shows minor wear. The glass panels are missing a couple of rubber plugs that protect the hole in the top. Bulbs are included. I do not have any control over the cost of shipping nor the length of time USPS takes to deliver. I do calculated shipping based on the weight and size of the box and charge exactly what USPS charges me. This item will be shipped USPS Priority or Ground Advantage, whatever you choose, because it has tracking and insurance. I recycle boxes and packaging as often as I can. Returns are accepted as long as the items are returned in the original shape they were shipped. I document each piece with additional extensive photos and video and invisible security marks. All items are stored in a Smoke free, but Kitty friendly environment but I do not have control over the home they had before mine.
