Some rips, tears and wear to the dust jacket (pictured), the most significant to the top of the book. The hardcover (without dust jacket) is in good condition, considering age, with a slight mark to the back of the hardcover (pictured). The book pages are in good condition. No rips or tears. Inside one of the front pages is a label from Cumnock Academy (Scotland) in 1963 as the book was given as 'first prize for excellence in class'. This label could be removed but I didn't want to damage the integrity of the book. I believe it adds to its social history and it is well known that Ian Fleming was very fond of Scotland and indeed it features as part of James Bond's back story. Excellent for a collector of Ian Fleming and/or James Bond literature and memorabilia. I am very happy to provide more pictures upon request.
