The main wooden part features two red plastic rings hanging from either end with a yellow bead on top. There is a white and yellow carousel-themed circular music box that plays "Go to sleep." The main wooden bar measures about 12" long. It was made in Hong Kong. The item in good pre-owned condition, with some signs of use.
