Description: Vintage 90s Tulle Tutu Crinoline Slip Skirt / Dress I made this myself, to go under my white slip dresses to give them fullness and shape but more often I have worn it as a strapless dress just by itself. It’s made of white cotton jersey t-shirt fabric as the base with 3 layers of white tulle ruffles around it. White elastic waistband is super stretchy. I would estimate this would fit a size small best, but it can fit a size medium. For reference my mannequin is a standard size medium and it fits perfectly. Measurements are included in the pictures. Please see pictures as all sales are final. In excellent condition for the age. Minimal signs of wear.
