A couple of pages feature early art by Dave Stevens. The book was printed by Kitchen Sink Press. I AM NOT A COMIC BOOK GRADER, but I would say that this is in at least GOOD condition. The spine is slightly rolled. The pages inside are clean and still pretty white. The book has minor wear, but is still in very collectible condition.
