There is a small rip at the top edge of the spine about 1/2 inch down from the top; the bottom outer corner of the front cover is bent/creased at the tip; there are several creases on the back cover, including the bottom outer corner; most of the bottom outer corner tips of the pages are at least a tiny bit bent. Inside, the pages look very good; there is a small spot on the inside front cover. Please email with questions. I am listing other items today, so please check them out.
