Description: The construction of this 1930's looks like it was homemade with unfinished seams and horizontal button holes. The hem is stitched up by an an actual hemming machine or attachment. It has no labels. Styling includes princess seaming on front bodice, waistline seam with a center from dip, shoulder puffed short sleeves, buttons all the way down the front and flared skirt.
