A downturn in the economy seems to have encouraged more people to take advantage of the return policy. Control boards are the most misdiagnosed part on a unit. If you are a homeowner trying to save money with a DIY repair, please make sure you are certain the control board is the part causing your problem. Even professionals can misdiagnose the problem as being the control board. We can not re-sell the board you installed to another buyer and can not keep sending out new boards for buyers to try out and then return to us used. Most buyers are honest and we would prefer not to change our policy but we have eaten the cost of these bad returns for many years. We only sell new boards on this account. All boards are inspected for signs of use/install and anything previously installed will not be sold here. 95% or more of the time, the item you see in the photo will be the exact item you receive. The only time you may not receive the exact board shown is if we have more than one available.
