They have the drawstring at the bottom leg edge to blouse them as shown as well as tie down leg straps that tuck into the upper cargo pockets. The waist is adjustable (fits a 31 to 35" waist) with side tabs. I have several of these available as I carried them in my surplus store. If you need more than one, let me know and I can check for quantity.
