Description: This listing is for two silver coins from the early period of the USSR just after the Russian Revolution. Included is a 1923 20 Kopek, minted from .500 fine silver containing .0579 troy ounces of pure silver, and a 1924 50 kopek, minted from .900 fine silver, containing .2893 troy ounces of pure silver. I really love the design of the 50 Kopek coin, and this one is a nice looking example. Silver coins didn't last very long after the revolution which makes these fairly hard to come by.
