Original price of $2.50 on front flap. Inscribed by Seuss on the verso of the front free endpaper. Suess's first book since 1940 - delayed due to Seuss's military service. Fabulously illustrated in full color by Seuss. See bader p 308. Very Scarce with the first issue open mouth fish on the cover.
