He is in FAIR condition as he has quite a few paint rubs and wear. He is not made of a hard type of plastic, rather a softer type that does have a bit of flex to it. He is a brown color.. He measures about 3 inches high and about 4 inches long. He is meant for ages 3 and up. He is pretty cute and quite detailed .
