Description: My wife's grandmother got this in Japan while she lived there in the 1940s. Being sold as is as I am not an expert in Japanese clothing so it could be a jacket or a kimono. I tried getting some close ups of the fabric to show the detail. It appears that some of the embroidery has some loose fabric but I don't believe it is serious, it probably could be cut to keep it from snagging but I left it alone to keep it in its original condition. I am told it is silk and it has that satin feel of silk. It was custom made for the grandmother (she was fancy) so if you want me to provide specific measurements of anything, please feel free to ask.
