Rare Vintage Hamilton Boulton "B", 753 14k Yellow Gold Filled Men's Watch

Description: My watch collection and projects are getting out of hand so unfortunately, I have to part with a few. This listing is for a rare true collectable, not the common Boulton, this vintage Hamilton Boulton ''B" model men's watch was made only for 3 years. One of my favorite pieces in my collection. Point of interest: Hamilton Boulton is the watch worn by Indiana Jones character.The following quote from an article about this particular Hamilton model: "You will not find many Boulton B models in the world. Every few years, I find one in an estate. But I only see one or two in mint condition in a generation or so. " Product Year: 1952-1954"Movement: 753 19 Jewel manual windingSize: Case; width 23 mm (excluding crown), length 37 mm, lug width 16 mm.Dial color: Oyster grey known as a Butler finishMaterial: Case; 14K gold filled (14K GF)Crystal: GlassWater resistant: Not water resistantCountry of manufacture: USA It runs great and keeps good time for its age (Please note Vintage Automatic & manual watches keep good time, but unlike a quartz watch, it can gain or lose a few seconds to a couple of minutes per day). The case is in very nice condition with minimal scuffs and scratches and no visible major wear. Without the crown it approximately 23mm X 37mm (which was a common size for the time period) with a16mm lug size. The crown has a small amount of wear. The dial is Oyster gray (silver/pearl white) is in overall good condition, (some of the imperfections and lines seen are the result of shadows from the crystal imperfections and reflections, please look at the pictures carefully, and judge for yourself) with some age patina and blemishes and features 18k gold yellow plated hands and numerals for indexes and a seconds sub-dial. it comes with a vintage never worn genuine leather strap with some age wear on the inside of the band and a gold-filled buckle. Please look at the pictures carefully since they are part of the description. This is a vintage timepiece with an unknown service history. Right now, it is working just as it should. However, future performance cannot be guaranteed. This mechanical watch will require periodic service to maintain performance.
