Rare John A Roebling's Sons Roebling "Handle Your Loads Faster" c1948 pamplet

Description: This item came from my dad's estate. He was hired on with the John A Roebling's and Sons Wire Rope Company in 1952. There is a long and colorful history with this company as they were perhaps one of the greatest engineering companies of all time, designing and constructing the Brooklyn Bridge and many others. The end came when The Crane Company (owner at the time) closed the Roebling Trenton plant in 1973. My father was in Trenton at that time and came away with many artifacts as the plant was abandoned. This listing is for a 8-page folding brochure covering Roebling flat woven wire rope slings. It is a small format measuring 3-1/2" wide by 8-1/2" tall. 8-1/2" x 14" on each side.
