These speakers may be wired in two different ways:One option is to leave the terminal jumpers in place and connect speaker wires to one set of posts to deliver speaker level signal to the midrange, tweeter and sub amplifier.The second method involves removing the terminal jumpers and connecting the speaker outputs of the receiver/amplifier to the top set of posts while feeding the subwoofer amplifier with a line level signal from a preamp output (if preamp outputs are available).Power LED: There is a small green power LED located between the two grilles.Carpet Spikes: The speaker height listed in the dimensions includes spikes with rubber feet installed. Removing the rubber feet from the spikes reduces the height to 43.389".
