Often times, cards arrive to the customer within 5-7 days of shipping. We have, however, experienced scenarios where cards may arrive two weeks or more after shipment. Tracking does exist for each of these shipments, however, we have experienced the following scenarios:1. Tracking is active and works as designed.2. Tracking is partially reported and incomplete.3. Cards are delivered to the customer but tracking does not indicate the delivery as made.4. No data ever populates with tracking, but the card delivers. We are highlighting this mainly because of questions and concerns from our customer base when tracking doesn’t update or when packages are slow to arrive.
