I believe this is: John "Jack" Johnston (8 November 1925 – 25 May 2021) of Charlotte, NC, La Porte, Indiana and Newcastle upon Tyne, England. He was an interesting man, an RAF Pilot during WWII, creator of adhesives and author. See photos enlarged for details as they are part of the description.
