As pictured, an original WBBR typeset microphone announcement sheet for use Sept. 4 through Sept. 11, 1938. Overall in good condition, with some wear including some tears and fold marks. Hard to find! It measures about 8-1/4" x 16", and will be mailed partially folded. The small WBBR station was the cutting edge method of getting the Kingdom message to the world and by using additional radio links with commercial radio stations many new exciting broadcasts were advertised. These long 'primitive' typeset announcement sheets rarely survive, but were very effectively used by the Society which divided the USA into several time zones to make these simple broadcasts. This sheet shows the creativity of the Society at its very best. The forthcoming world-wide radio talk 'Face the Facts' would soon to be given live by Judge Rutherford and here being promoted in a choice of ten announcement formats by the speaker to the public: Coming 11 Sept from The Royal Albert Hall, London.
