One 2" Antique Cast Iron Round Rosette Door Knob Escutcheons EE-26

Description: One 2" (of 7 at posting subject to change as I add or subtract, always refer to the amount available) round cast iron rosette door knob escutcheon. Cleaned and clear coated to preserve finish. In excellent condition. At one time these were painted black, as were virtually all these simple cast iron ones, and traces of the original black might still be there in spots. Offered clear coated instead of painted so that it's easier to see and determine their condition and so that defects, if any, are more readily visible. A few items of note about my cast iron rosettes. When it says 2" the exact measurement might me 1-15/16" or 2-1/8". Refer to the pictures for the measurements if this small amount is that critical to you. The measurement you need to pay most attention to is the hole diameter to make sure that the knobs you choose will fit (If you see knobs of mine that you like email me beforehand so that I can check the fit). Some notes on my generic cast iron rosettes: I post many of these that are extremely close in size and shape. Some postings might appear to be the same as others but if I note even a small detail that is different I post them separately. At times some of my different postings might actually be the same but came from different lots and I failed to notice that they matched others. As noted these were most often painted black and no doubt you will paint them to match your project. Painted, behind a knob, and/or on opposite sides of a door even those with the sharpest eye would never be able to tell the difference so don't be afraid to buy from separate lots, as long as you are sure your knobs will fit. I list them as I get them which may be a single rosette or a lot of 20 so if you see a few you like don't be afraid to ask me for pictures of them side by side before you buy so that you know they will work.
