This is a complete set (minus patrol pack): frame, waist pad, shoulder straps, sleep system pouch, main pack, sustainment pouches, bandoleer, and radio pouch. This set includes (still in the wrapper) the original VHS tape with instructions on how to assemble everything, the rifleman set of pouches, and OD hydration pack. Also comes with a canteen pouch, IFAK pouch, and butt pack.
