Harris & Co. as a limited edition of 5000. It comes in a plastic-wrapped (sealed) cardboard holder. The artwork on the left (with the self-portrait) is a telephone card insert with 5 minutes of free long distance calling. We have no doubt the card's value has expired, but what a sign of the times that was 30 years ago! The pressure of the sealed plastic has resulted in some warping of the product. This can be corrected if you free it from the package.
