It is factory sealed and never used or displayed before. I believe it was released to game stores in 2006 for use in their Gamecube display consoles. It's also possible it was the last version they made, as it's believed that only 35 versions were made in total.Overall it's in very nice condition, with light general wear like surface scratches in the cellophane and some rubbing wear, as shown in the up close photos. There are also small holes in the cellophane in some of the corners, also shown in up close photos.From what I understand from online and videos, this demo features playable demos of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Star Fox: Assault and Pikmin 2. It also has videos of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Star Fox: Assault, Pikmin 2, The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures, Brain Age for the DS, Nintendo Gamecube and an ESRB video. I thoroughly checked this demo and see no other damage than what is stated above.Please see the pictures as part of the description and judge them for yourself.
