Description: This unique flag pole is believed to have belonged to a family of German immigrants fleeing the Prussian war in the middle of the 19th century. The pole is of wooden construction mainly, with small brass nameplates decorating the length. At the top, we can clearly see the name "Anna Schweigler - Fahrenpatin", which directly translates to "driving godmother".
