Lovely Antique Art Deco Italian Artisan Gold-Filled Hand-Carved Cameo Brooch

Description: Wonderful antique Art Deco Italian artisan hand-carved, gold-filled cameo/conch shell brooch. This lovely brooch is 1 3/4” long by 1 7/16” wide and weighs 8.6 grams. The setting has lovely engraved detail framing the cameo in rosy-yellow gold-fill. The hand-carved cameo is pale pink and creamy white. The carving is beautifully done and features a lovely woman in profile in a Grecian gown with an ornate, flowing coiffure. The back of the cameo has a pin fastener with a spring ring closure. This cameo is in very good antique condition with no damage other than minor, age appropriate surface wear and/or oxidation. It is not signed that I could find, but it has been professionally tested as gold-filled and the cameo has been examined and verified by a certified gemologist. ***PLEASE NOTE: Any display items pictured are NOT included.*** I request payment within two days of purchase and will ship within two days of payment via USPS First Class mail.
