Description: Payment | Shipping | Policies Late 19th Century Apple Green Porcelain Rococo Style Chocolate Pot; Austrian Lovely late 19th to early 20th century porcelain chocolate pot. White body with a band of apple green around the top, and bordering the lid. Small floral sprays dot the white portion of the body and lid, surrounding larger floral groupings on the center of either side. A scrolled, rococo style handles with gilt accents. The high spout indicates the piece's use for chocolate, as do the holes for straining. The lid has a deep cuff, with a cutaway portion for the spout's strainer. In exceptional condition - no chips, cracks, nicks, fleabites or repairs. Only very minor wear to the gilt trim. Marked on the underside with decorator's numbers and manufacturer's mark. Most likely Austrian or Bavarian. Measures 9.25" tall, 6.75" wide from spout to handle. Shipping is FREE in the Continental USA. Please email for an international shipping quote.
