The tang is full and the handle is made of stag/antler. You can see the age on the knife and it does have minimal pitting but the condition is very good for its age. With the proper care this knife will continue to serve its rightful purpose or would be an excellent addition to your collection of vintage fixed blade knifes. *Original Sheath Not Included
