Description: Offered for sale are six cheese or pate spreaders with Mother of Pearl handles, sterling silver vine pattern ferrules, and silverplated blades by Landers, Frary, and Clark. The spreaders are hallmarked on the blades with "LANDERS FRARY AND CLARK AETNA WORKS" and "STERLING" on the ferrule or collar. The spreaders measure 5 1/2" in length. They have never been monogrammed. Their condition is excellent, except for one where there is some edge wear to the silver plate, (see pics.). All items are guaranteed to be as described.
