The plaque measures 6" long, 5" high, and 1.5" deep and is made to look worn/distressed. There is even a faux chip in a back corner on the top of the plaque; the fact that the cream-colored paint along the edges goes around this "chip" reveals that it is an intended part of the plaque. On the back is a metal sawtooth hanger. You'll see in my photos that the plaque is in very good condition, with no discernible flaws.
