Jeff Bridges decides he has had enough of college and wants to turn on, tune in and drop out. His parents decide to join him on his road trip. They remodel a bus into a camper and in the course of their adventures they end up camping with a bunch of hippies. There's a Woodstock type concert and they help deliver a baby among other things.
