I've had allot of the 621xA series power supplies before but have never seen or had a 14521A rack mount before. The left side supply is working but the ON/OFF toggle switch lever is missing and the supply turns ON as soon as it is plugged in. Also the voltage adjust knob is working but has broken loose from the front panel plastic.Test Results:25V @ 0.4A ok for both supplies Comes with power cords.No leads or 6063B load included.
