Description: I specialize in unread, unopened high-grade copies & lifetime collections. This auction is for the first photo only: HEROES INC. #1 CGC 9.2 OW-W (1969 Wally WOOD.) This is below break even for fees. I had all 9.8s & 1 or two 9.6s on this in the past but got what is known as the 9.2 grader on this box of unopened copies. Extra photos are being listed in other auctions. After 30 yrs of using media mail to save buyers thousands in shipping, the P.O. has eliminated 99% of the media mail & bks are no longer media. If you want to try media mail for $7, I will reimburse you after I get pos feedback. I can combine shipping for $2. Comments on the CGC bks: My pricing is based on the sold CGC bks by taking the low-priced copies & dropping my price some if possible. I usually sell bks cheaper than most everyone but dealing w/ CGC is insanely expensive. A lost giant batch of bks cost $10,000-$20,000 in losses. A double charged credit card. No more discounts on huge batches of bks. Pre-grade expectations cost an extra $7 a bk now. Getting the nicest copies in the world is expensive.
