Description: This is a handmade item that I ordered from a boutique for my Teacup Yorkie. I ended up using it once on her for a Holiday. The fabric is the type that you swipe your hand to change the color or just leave it as it happens. The lining is a satin fabric. It has a velcro closure with a hook for a leash to be attached. I am just now ready to start selling her beautiful items. My Fur Baby has very long hair and a trachea issues so I won't use any collar, leash or clothes on her anymore.
