Heads are bare and DO NOT come with springs, rockers, valves etc. One exhaust bolt is still in head. See pictures of what's includes and what you are buying. Also heads have slight gouging in a few spots. See pictures. A light mill should clean that right up. SEE PICTURES BEFORE PURCHASING! Item may be dirty and in need of a cleaning. As is, no returns.
