Description: Genuine Vintage Early 50's Ladies Eterna Original Salmon Dial Solid 14K Yellow Gold Case Automatic Bumper Movement Retailed by Cartier with Solid 14K Gold Bracelet. Good Pre-owned Condition. It's very nice and one of a kind with the best period Eterna movements from the golden age of Swiss watches. In addition, this vintage ladies watch was retailed by Cartier, which is evidenced not only by the original, untouched Cartier signed dial, Cartier's engraved serial number on the back of the 11 o'clock lug (see picture). The case is solid 14K yellow gold with screw down case back. Original case measures 25mm diameter by 7mm thick. The acrylic crystal has some scratches. Original and untouched Cartier salmon color dial is in outstanding condition with unique and beautiful patina. Arabic numbers and minutes chapter has aged to an extremely attractive. The original pencils hands set was radium based. Dial signed CARTIER AUTOMATIC WATERPROOF and SWISS below 6 o'clock position. Movement is the cal.1034 which is the first Eterna automatic (bumper) movement for ladies watches from 1940's. It runs good but it hasn't recently been serviced. This vintage ladies Cartier comes with 14K solid gold bracelet and engraving HBW on clasp. We can't guarantee accuracy of vintage watch as they may need cleaning or servicing. USED CONDITION.
