Census records show that almost every family worked at the local shoe and boot factory. All are identified on the back in the same handwriting. Elmer is the son of Roswell Cobb and Achsah "Etta" Hall, husband of Georgie Davis, father of Edith and Herbert. See above the 1880 and 1900 Census records for Elmer Cobb, living in Wareham and Whitman, MA with his parents Roswell and Etta and sisters Etta and Gertrude. See also the 1910-1930 Census records for Elmer Cobb, living in Whitman, MA Hempstead, NY and Rockland, MA with his wife Georgie, children Edith and Herbert and Georgie's mother Alice. And the 1910-1930 Census records for John/Frank Charter, living in East Bridgewater, MA and Manchester, NH with his wife Edith and children Alice, Annie and Allen. When I provide this genealogy info, it's my best guess that it's a match for the person in the photo. Good condition - light foxing, light scratches at bottom edge. Actual size is about 4 1/4 x 6 1/2 inches.
