Description: Up for your consideration is a gorgeous Fender Custom Shop '51 Nocaster Reissue. I purchased this instrument approximately two years ago and it is in fantastic used condition. The serial number places this instrument the 2010s line up. I actually have two of these, very similar in specifications. However, I have a moderate level of modification to the other one, which in turn, reduces the value of that instrument. Therefore, I'm opting to sell this one which has not been modified minus the replaced aged brass compensated Gotoh saddles. The fact that I did not choose to upgrade pretty much anything is a testament to how good this one sounds. This guitar rings like a bell and has a wonderful unplugged resonance. Beautiful neck. No apparent fret wear. No relicing to the back of the neck which I really like. Nice checking throughout. I genuinely hate to see it go, but given that I essentially have two of these, I'd be happy to see this one go to a good home. It did not come with a Certificate of Authenticity from Chicago Music Exchange when purchased and I can't find the paper traveler. However, if you Google the serial number it will take you to the CME website showing the instrument in which it was purchased from. I have also submitted a ticket to Fender and they confirmed serial number and sent me a digital traveler as can be seen above. Should you wish, a new COA can be obtained for a charge.
