Description: Beautiful black brocade velvet strapless evening dress. Quality, heavy material. Partially lined (top and high thighs). Boning in top at sides. There are a few pulls in the thread and I left it alone in case it can be fixed. I added a pic of the biggest pull, the others are all smaller and they’re not very noticeable because of the pattern.
