Early Capital Airlines half wing, very heavy, used by flight attendant hostess

Description: capital airlines large 1/2 half wing 2 3/8" (very heavy and larger than most half wings approx 27.02 grams. Hinged swing pin with whale tale clasp) Original 1940's 1950's Capital Airlines Stewardess Hat Wing Gold Tone Capital Airlines was originally known as Pennsylvania Airlines in 1931 and was run by Clifford Ball. Pennsylvania Airlines merged with Central Airlines on November 1, 1936, to become Pennsylvania Central Airlines. On April 21, 1948, Pennsylvania Central Airlines changed its name to Capital Airlines. Capital merged with United Airlines in 1961. Condition as shown in the photos. sorry i am not great at photography, best i could do. this is a vintage item for collectors.
